The St. Luke s House Supported Living Program began in 1995, when funding changes allowed PRP providers to bill Medicaid for services provided anywhere in the community. We began offering outreach services to the people living in the community who were not in our residential program. Currently we are providing supported living services to 210 individuals (includes EFC). The services provided in the Supported Living Program are the same as those offered in the Residential Program, and can be provided in the clients own homes or elsewhere in the community. Sometimes Supported Living Program clients live with family members, and, therefore, family support is an additional critical component of this program. The occasional homeless clients require intensive outreach services.
