The management team and Board of Directors of the company have established this system to provide employees a means to anonymously communicate with SLH’s management about any incidents of suspected fraud, waste, abuse or misconduct related to false or fraudulent billing claims or accounting practices.

We respect and value your willingness to bring concerns to our attention and will take your input seriously. We hope you will feel comfortable using the SilentWhistle to report suspected incidents. There is also a toll-free hotline number for alert calls at 877-874-8416. You will be put in contact with either a live operator or an automated voice system. Once you are connected to the hotline, your information will be input directly into the St. Luke’s House, Inc. alert system and a notice will be sent via email to the appropriate manager. You will also be given a report number and a follow-up (callback) date by the Hotline service.
